Ginger and BJ
Friday, October 12th, 2007Ginger and BJ began working with me in February of this year and from the start we clicked. Ginger is very detailed oriented and knew exactly what she wanted….and since I am a detail addict, this was the perfect fit! Ginger was adamant about two things….where she wanted to get married and that she wanted a theme to pull the entire event together.
For a long time she had envisioned getting married at her parents home in Edinburgh, IN but knew we would need a reception facility in Indianapolis to accommodate her between 400-500 person guest list. We decided on a ceremony and cocktail reception in Edinburgh and a dinner/dancing reception in the Murat Centre Egyptian Room….it was perfect! And the weather could not have been better for a September 22nd outdoor ceremony.
The theme Ginger and BJ chose began with the selection of the bridesmaids dresses which were burnt orange….from there everything began to fall into place. The colors were burnt orange, cranberry red and ivory….the theme began to weave those colors together with leaves and the fall. It was beautiful! And no detail was missed….from the fall themed hotel gift bags to the leave shaped place cards.
Thank you to Troy Hill for providing the attached pictures…he truly captures the details and moments that I so love!
Ginger and BJ….thank you for letting be a part of your special day!
