ISES “Weddings with Wow” Event - Jan 21, 2009
Friday, January 23rd, 2009We were so excited to be a sponsor of the ISES Weddings with Wow meeting at the beautiful Eiteljorg Museum. Annually ISES honors the work of wedding planners and this month’s meeting was dedicated to weddings and wedding planners. The featured speaker was Ali Phillips, a planner from Chicago who came to share her ideas and new trends in the event industry. As added “eye candy” for the meeting, Indianapolis based wedding planners were asked to create a wedding tablescape for the dining tables using the hottest tends in weddings. We choose to highlight a wedding we did this fall - it was a very contemporary and colorful event utilizing royal blue and green hues. As you will see, we used Chinese lanterns as part of our centerpiece for this event (however, at the actual wedding they were hung from the ceiling). The flowers were gorgeous and we loved the use of the fun peacock feathers.
